We approach our potential customers well in advance of the expiration of the current rental contracts. If required, we personally visit the customer at their current location, assess their operating costs and business environment. From our database of nearly 400 buildings, we immediately make suggestions and offer alternatives. With our personally represented tenders, we provide outstanding support to both our future partners and our existing tenants. If we enter into a tenant representation assignment, we can support and handle all the existing costs with additional market offers for the property that is currently independent of us.
We cooperate with almost all foreign missions present in Hungary through our constantly expanding and previously established personal relationships. Our company group maintains a close relationship with the National Foreign Trade Office. AN™ also builds its business relations through the Hungarian foreign missions. Our leasing department covers office, retail and wholesale, industrial properties, hotels as well as operation and tenant representation.
